The Secrets of Martingale Systems

Wednesday, December 31st, 2008

Pssst…! Wanna know a secret?

How about the secret of Martingale systems?

Most people do not care for most Martingale systems. They are simple systems, and ask you to double your bet every time you lose. This way, the theory goes, you will eventually recoup your loses when you win. If, for example, you are playing on the pass line with a $10 bet and big red rears his ugly head, your next pass line bet would be for $20. If you lose again, the next one would be for $40, then $80, then $160, then $320. If the table has a $500 limit (done to discourage Martingales), you have to stop and take a $320 loss.

Wanna know the secrets that craps pros use to win using Martingale systems?

Let’s find out!

Craps pros win using this method by playing at a casino with no table limits or, try a modified Martingale system, two of which are described below.

The first is a Dont-Pass system. You bet one unit on the Dont-Pass and, instead of doubling when losing, increase your bet by one unit only. Then, when you win, start decreasing your bets by one unit until you are back at one unit again. For example, if you lose the first two Dont-Pass bets, your third bet on the come-out would be for three units. If you win, the next bet would be for two units. Then one unit. If you win again, stay at one unit until you lose again.

A more interesting system is to bet on the field, again starting with one unit and increasing your bets by one unit when you lose. The interesting part here is that you will eventually win on a 2 or 12 which pays at least double.

The advantage to using these modified Martingales is that you will be ahead, eventually, instead of breaking even. If, for example, your unit is $10 and you lose your first four bets, you will be down $100 ($10 $20 $30 $40). Your fifth bet will be for $50, and if you win, you are now down only $50. If you win the next four bets, ($10 $20 $30 40) you ll be ahead by $50! And if you are betting on the field and happen to hit a 2 or 12, you will be even more ahead!

If you are betting on the field, try waiting until a seven rolls and a point is established before you start betting. Then, make bets for the next four rolls only, or if the point is made. Then, wait for another seven and come-out, and start betting where you left off.

Try these systems out first online at a free site. ( TheCrapShooter.com has a FREE craps game.) See how well they work! Then go to a casino with low table limits and try betting $1 units. When you win $20, increase your unit to $5. When you win $50, increase your bet to $10 and really make some money!

Pssst…! Now you know the secrets of Martingale systems!

Learn To Speak Spanish From Your PC

Wednesday, December 31st, 2008

Once you have met Spanish, you will fall in love with the language. There can be mainly three reasons for learning Spanish online:

1. to speak to Spanish speaking people anywhere in the world and there are many countries in which Spanish is spoken,

2. you may use Spanish in the job your doing,

3. you may want to study at a university or college that uses Spanish as medium of tuition.

Learning to speak Spanish online is very easy.

The internet makes the learning of Spanish so much easier. You don’t want to leave your home? Well, find out why this is the easy way to learn to speak Spanish:

Convenience – first of all, you have the convenience to learn without leaving your home which cuts off the problem of to-and-fro commuting and so many other difficulties you would have otherwise had while attending regular classes. It is extremely convenient to curl up in your favorite chair with your laptop and “attend” your Spanish classes online.

The Dish: AL MVP Voters Got It Wrong

Wednesday, December 31st, 2008

Is there an anti-Yankees bias in the media?

Pretty crazy to think that’s a legitimate question this week, but there it is: Derek Jeter was upset by Justin Morneau for the American League MVP award, an award Jeter and his .343 average were supposed to have locked up before September even came. With David Ortiz and the Red Sox dropping off a cliff, with Jermaine Dye and the White Sox not able to get out of their own way when it counted most, with Johan Santana having the temerity to play only once every five days…Jeter was supposed to be a shoo-in.

Spin back 365 days, and you’ll find another controversial AL MVP vote: Alex Rodriguez taking the award over Ortiz. Back then, we all made noise about how the Yankees had a bias in their favor: A-Rod did it on the biggest stage and Big Papi couldn’t have hacked it playing in the Apple (or playing in the field). That was a crock, and so is this. There wasn’t any pro-Yankees bias in 2005, and there isn’t any anti-Yankees bias now. Ortiz should’ve beaten A-Rod, because A-Rod is A-Fraud: a guy who doesn’t lead, a guy with hollow big numbers, a guy who can’t hack it when the pressure is on. And while Jeter is a great leader, and is extraordinarily clutch, he didn’t deserve the award this year, either.

Joe Mauer did.

Frankly, I didn’t think Morneau was even the most valuable guy on his own team. Mauer is the dude who stirred the drink on the Twins this year (and Santana didn’t hurt). He’s the first catcher ever to win the AL batting title. Think about that for a minute. Ever. He hit over .380 for the first half of the season, and everyone said, “Oh, no way, he’ll tail off, there’s no chance he’ll win the batting title, his legs will be shot by August.” Mauer proceeded to hit .347 with a ludicrous .429 on-base percentage from behind the plate, and somehow slugged .507 while only hitting 13 homers: that’s 34 doubles, four triples, 79 walks and only 54 strikeouts. He also threw out 38% of would-be basestealers on a staff not known for holding on runners, and he ranked second in the league in catcher’s ERA, behind Ivan Rodriguez, who plays in a much pitcher-friendlier home ballpark. Get blinded by Morneau’s huge power numbers, sure. Mauer was far more important to the Twins night-in, night-out.

Mauer, of course, finished sixth in the voting, because reporters like numbers. That’s the same reason Morneau beat Jeter: Jeter’s never going to hit 30 HR or 130 RBI. Ah, well. At least we know it’s not a pro- or anti-Yankees thing. It’s a numbers thing. Chicks dig the long ball.

What did you think of Michigan/Ohio St.? How did the books do on that game, with Michigan scoring a late cover? And now for the biggest question in the sporting mind this week: Will we see a repeat of Michigan/OSU in the national title game? One-loss USC probably trumps Michigan, but does one-loss Florida? One-loss Notre Dame? One-loss Arkansas?

BoDog Bookmakers, BoDog.ws: The Michigan cover wasn’t good for us on the spread, as many bettors felt the Wolverines could keep it within 7. The moneyline, however, was a different story, as bettors saw value in betting Michigan, thus we were able to walk away on the winning side of that one. A one-loss USC likely trumps Michigan in this case. None of the other teams mentioned will likely get the berth.

With the Colts losing to Dallas, and the Chargers winning at Denver, does the AFC have a new favorite to reach the Super Bowl?

BDB, BoDog.ws: I don’t think Indy’s ever been a favorite to win the Super Bowl, at least not until the team can actually make some waves in the playoffs. Regardless of the loss on Sunday, this is standard regular-season Indy football. Look almost unbeatable outside of one or two games, and then struggle to beat a 10-6 team at home in January.

I’m assuming you think Philadelphia’s season is ruined with Donovan McNabb going down. But how about these NFC “contenders″ who’ve gone completely cold of late. Any of them have a run left: Minnesota, Atlanta, New Orleans, St. Louis?

BDB, BoDog.ws: New Orleans has made a lot of mistakes during their last two losses. Look for next week’s match-up against the Falcons to determine which of the two will make a late-season run. Minnesota and St. Louis just don’t look the same caliber as these two teams.

Were you surprised Ryan Howard won the National League MVP over Albert Pujols? I was.

BDB, BoDog.ws: If Pujols wasn’t injured, there may have been many surprises in terms of stats last season. At least he got the World Series title. Those of us who think Pujols should have won it are being blinded by the glimmer of the World Series trophy Howard easily led the majors in both home runs and RBIs and made the statement that he is the future in baseball. The honor is well-deserved.

Art Prints

Wednesday, December 31st, 2008

Art prints are reproductions of an original work of art like paintings made by a photomechanical process. Art prints capture the rich and vibrant colors of original artwork. Unlike posters, art prints are made using special heavier print stock that is mainly intended for prints.

Compared to posters, art prints are highly durable. A high-quality art print can last for several years. Even though they are longer lasting than posters, they should be treated with special care to prevent fading and discoloration. Certain art prints can be washed with glass cleaner.

Most people think of art prints when they have to decorate a room or a new space. Art prints play a vital role in decorating your rooms. Selecting art prints is very important as they can change the look and feel of a room. Using a carefully selected art print, one can achieve the illusion of lengthening, broadening or heightening the room.

A well-chosen art print reflects the taste and style of the family that occupies the house. Art prints made in different art styles such as Asian, American masters, art deco, expressionism, folk art, gothic art, modern renaissance art, and vintage are perfect to complement one’s room decor. In addition to decorating rooms, art prints are a good gifting option. For instance, bird art prints are ideal gifts for nature lovers.

In the early days before the internet became a marketplace, art prints were available only through galleries or museum shops. Today, art prints can be shopped online at a reasonable price. Art prints available online are categorized by artists, subject, colors, and art styles. Gift certificates for art prints are also available.

Most of the websites offer a wide range of online catalog of art prints of famous artists such as Vincent Van Gogh, Claude Monet, Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse, Paul Cezanne, Leroy Neiman, Rene Magritte, and Jack Vettriano. Art prints based on different subjects like American life, animals, architecture, fantasy, humor, landscape, spirituality and religion, music, and world culture are available as well.

Inspirational Posters

Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

The term inspiration connotes having a divine influence on the mind and soul of a person. Inspirational posters are designed to inspire the viewer or the reader. They serve a kind of pedagogical purpose, trying to teach and motivate the reader. Most inspirational posters are characterized by an image and a little verse. The images might be of landscapes or people, and the verses are usually proverbs or sayings. Religious organizations also have their own set of inspirational posters to inspire faith and belief in people. These posters might have verses from the holy books and other tenets such as the “Ten Commandments.”

Inspirational posters with religious content are a way for people to demonstrate their religious beliefs. Schools, colleges, hospitals, offices, and religious institutions usually display inspirational posters.

Inspirational posters are available for purchase online. They are not very expensive. Their cost usually depends on the size of the poster. Customers can choose from desktop posters, wall posters, and personal posters. Buyers also have the option of getting the message on these posters printed on t-shirts, mugs, and greeting cards. If the poster is being bought online, it is advisable to make sure that the poster is in perfect condition when it arrives. Since payments are usually made online, it is wise to get a hard copy of the purchase transaction, to prevent mistakes when the poster is received. Another option for buyers is to simply buy them from local card and gift shops. This eliminates shipping charges, which the buyer has to pay if the purchase is made online.

Inspirational poster can be used as motivational as well as decorative items and, hence, are extremely useful. These posters can be viewed at the galleries displayed online, and people can get custom-made inspirational posters by specifying the theme they want.

How To Get Reprints Of Some Of The Greatest Art Ever Created

Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

Art has long been a favorite pastime. Just as long as art has been around people have been collecting paintings and original pieces of art, many are hard to find and expensive to purchase. In recent years interest in art collections has grown enormously among people of all ages. With the explosion of desire in finding collectable art pieces, some have turned to a new sort of collection, collecting art posters.

Although it has been possible for years to find reprints of famous pieces of art not until recently have reprints developed actual value. The entrance of collecting art posters has made it possible for anyone to collect famous works and has changed the reprint business all together. Art posters are reprints of original famous and unknown art and can range from the Mona Lisa to a movie advertisement poster.

With the renewed interest in collecting art, though it may be reprints only, collecting art posters have raised prices and led to art poster auctions. Art poster auctions are similar to art collectible auctions in that you can bid on great works of arts, the main difference is in regular art auctions you are generally buying an original whereas in art poster auctions you are purchasing reprints of art on posters. The popularity of art poster auctions has exploded too. People are beginning to pay between $100 to $2000 or more to purchase a reprint poster of certain works of art.

Famous paintings are not the only works available for purchase at art poster auctions. You can also find movie posters and advertisement posters. People are seeking older advertisement posters the most. If you have an advertisement in poster form in good condition from the first half of the twentieth century it may be worth a bit of money at an art poster auction.

These art poster auctions are not only popular in the United States. Collecting art posters at auction have become a worldwide favorite pastime. People are searching the planet to find certain posters and as a result the prices at art poster auctions are on the rise.

Music posters are also gaining popularity at the art poster auctions. Although not yet as expensive as other types of posters in the near future we may find the price just as high for music concert posters as any other kind. As long as the interest in art poster collecting continues, the art poster auctions will continue to grow and so will the price of reprints. More and more people are enjoying the beauty of art works thanks to art poster auctions. Every generation has collections of art that has made the art famous and art posters are the art collections of the 21st century.

Troy Burroghs: Death of an Army Friend

Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

I was 27-years old back then, a Corporal; my friend Tom Bach, was 22 and a Private First Class. It was our night out on the town, kind of: you know when soldiers get thirsty and they want to get a little wild—it was Sunday, in Huntsville, Alabama, we were at a local pub talking about our son-of-a-birchen barracks Sergeant. We got talking about how we’d like to shoot the crap out of him for having us work seven days a week, and enforcing bed check. Most of the Army was done with that damn bed-check crap, I mean, bed check was going out of the window, it was out dated we were in the modern army, and women were coming in. It was the new modern Army l969 was the year, a new day for the soldier. Now that I think of it, and am getting older, every ten years I hear them say, “This is the New Army.” But things were changing back than; it was at least for us.

As some of us did, I lived off base, no kids just a little wife, and two friends who lived in our little rented house who helped pay the rent. They each had their own room up on the second floor.

Well, to make a long story short, Tom went back to the barracks that night, as Mathew, Cory, my wife and I went back to our house.

There was a chill in the air that following morning as I was trying to start my 1961, Valiant; I think it was a Ford product. Anyways, it was a faithful little bug of a car I brought down to Alabama from Minn-a-so-ta.

As every Monday for the past two months, while stationed at Red Stone Arsenal, I would ready myself for the morning row call at the barracks: 7:00 AM sharp; where we had our formations. I expected to see Tom, but when I got there, parked the car, and started walking up to the formation area which was alongside the middle half circle area by the barracks, I quickly realized something was wrong, but than my mind shifted, and I started thinking, Tom wasn’t around—he might have a hangover from last night; so I looked about, and still no Tom, but no one was around, either, not Tom, the platoon sergeant, nobody. Something was very wrong. I got thinking then, did I miss something, like a drill. I called for Staff Sergeant Henry, no one answered; he was the sergeant we were talking about last night at the bar. The one Tom and the rest of us said we’d like to shoot: jokingly.

All of a sudden as I was walking out of the barracks, the Military Police pulled up, “Corporal, you part of this platoon,” meaning part of Company C although we were separated by platoons? This was an advance training area for munitions and explosives.

“Yaw, why, something happen?” I asked.

“It sure did,” said the Military Police man, leaning his hand out of the car window.

“Private First Class Tom Bach, shot and killed Staff Sergeant Henry.”

“What?” I said in shock.

“He came in about 1:15 AM last night, woke up the staff sergeant, and put a 22-gun to his head, and pulled the trigger twice; we’re looking for him now. Matter-of-fact, so is your whole platoon.”

I had to catch my wind it was like I got hit in the stomach. We were just kidding I told myself, as the MP’s slowly drove away, watching me out of their side mirrors. I just shook my head. Then it dawned on me, he’ll most likely go to my house. I told myself, I knew he was a little slow thinking, but I never thought he’d do this. Quickly I grabbed my keys to the car, ran back to the parking lot and jammed the key into the starter and drove off base to my house.

When I got there, I noticed my other two friends were home. I slowly walked through the doors, there was Tom sitting on the couch, my wife standing by the archway from the living room, to the kitchen, about 15-feet from Tom, and my two friends sitting on the floor. Tom was shaking his head. I tried to pretend nothing was abnormal, but everything was.

“Why you guys mad at me, I got rid of that asshole; I did what you guys couldn’t do hay Corporal Chris, your wife is a little scared, tell her I’m not going to do anything.”

“Put your gun down Tom, your scaring everyone. And as far as you doing what we couldn’t, — that’s hogwash. We were just joking last night. We always talk like that.” I started to go upstairs.

“Where you going,” Tom said curiously.

I pretended to pay not heed to it, and simply said, “I got to wash up, my hands are dirty, I’ll be right down.” He looked at me, and nodded, as if to copy my behavior as this being insignificant.

I quickly ran into my bedroom, got my .357 pistol out, which was under my bed, and made sure it was loaded; then I went into the bathroom turned on the water, leaving the door open so Tom could hear it. Than slowly I started to walk down the stairs with my shoes off. There was about fifteen stairs. I walked down three, I could see Tom talking, looking, as if he was trying to keep his mind going. I needed one more step than I could focus my firearm through the poles of the railing.

Tom looked at me, “What you up to,” he shouted, making a 60-degree turn in the chair with the gun in his right hand starting to focus it. A shot went off automatically, and my wife started screaming, I was hit, but it was only the lower part of my left hand, a little hole right through it; right below my little finger.

I slowly aimed through two of the poles, he was aiming reckless, and quickly: he thought he was John Wayne I think. I was now laying on the steps on my side, with the gun 90% focused, I needed to put him out with one shot or he’d kill everyone down there, he was close enough to, he just hadn’t thought about it yet. Another of his shots hit the door underneath the stairway, it was real low. Now he turned a little more, his gun still aiming freely towards me, his eyes at my wife, I shot, the bullet went through the top of the sofa chair right through and into his side. I told myself, trying to aim the gun upward, I hit him, but where, his lungs, heart. I wasn’t sure. His eyes bulged, and he caught his breath; I watched him slowly, then fell back a foot, his gun waving in the air. Then he fell on to his back, his neck quivering like a chicken’s when it is cut off; the gun falling out of his hands.

Everyone stood exactly where they were, in disbelief. It was over; everything was silent. The world had ended for all of us for that very moment. He never stopped starring it seemed. We all looked at one another, as if to get permission to move, to talk, to go on living. Then my wife said, “Are you all right,” looking at me, I smiled, even though it hurt to smile. She needed to know I was ok, and it was hard to talk.

I picked myself up from the stairs, rubbed my eyes with my right thumb and finger from underneath my glasses. A few tears were coming. I wasn’t sure if that was from killing, or saving.

Austins Bridge - The New Southern Gospel Group Bridging The Generation Gap

Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

Austins Bridge is the latest addition to Southern Gospel music’s Daywind Records label. Austins Bridge’s self entitled debut project is creating alot of excitement in the Southern Gospel Music world. The group is made up of three young men, Mike Kofahl, Jason Baird and Justin Rivers.

According to Jason, Austins Bridge was chosen as the name because Jason and Mike have their roots in the Austin Texas area. The “Bridge″ part expresses their desire to reach across boundaries to attract new listeners to Southern Gospel music. Jason continues, “Austins Bridge′s desire is to bridge generational gaps between the young and old and new and to just spread the (Gospel)message to a vast audience. We are just trying to bridge some gaps and do some things out of the box

Austins Bridge’s sound is unique in Christian music. When asked to describe the style of Christian music that Austins Bridge does Justin replied, “Kind of a pop-Christian Country-rock-bluegrass-country-blues kind of sound”. “It’s pretty eclectic″, chimes in Mike,”I don’t know if you can sum it up in a specific genre category. We’d like to be a kind of pioneering point to kind of branch off into a new form of Christian music in and of itself.”

“We put a little bit of everything on there so if you like country music you will find stuff on there that you will like. If you like rock and roll, you’ll have some stuff on there….bluegrass, a little bit of everything”, comments Jason. “An Austins Bridge concert is like the weather in Chicago, if you don’t like something stick around it will change in five minutes.” laughs Mike.

One of the unique tracks on the Austins Bridge project is entitled, “Native American prayer″ which features Bill Miller playing the Native American Drone Double Flute and a Mohican chant. The effect is tremendous and it sets up the following song, “History Turned The Page”, written by Gerald Crabb, very well.

The first single for the project, “He’s In Control” was co-written by Justin Rivers and Mike Kofahl. It has a slow country, blues feel to it. It, like all of the songs on this project, are strong lyrically. You will not miss the fact that this is a Christian band that plays Christian music.

Austins Bridge was produced by Bubba Smith and production wise is excellent. The album is strong throughout. It is a perfect CD to give to someone that enjoys today’s country music. Will it please everyone? I doubt it but I believe that it will help introduce a new generation to the sounds of Southern Gospel music.

Some Short Eulogy Poems for a Funeral or Memorial Service

Monday, December 29th, 2008

Recently, a dear relative passed away. I tried to find a suitable eulogy poem on the Internet. However, a lot of the poetry was too long, outdated, or oozing with expressive language that didn’t feel natural. Fortunately, with the memorial service taking place a few weeks after the passing of my loved one, I had some time to write my own poetry.

Usually, however, a funeral is arranged within a few days of death. Filled with grief, we are not at our most creative. If you are searching for a short poem or two, please feel free to use some of the poetry in this article.

In any of the poems, you may exchange ‘she’, ‘her’, ‘Grandma’ etc. for ‘he’, ‘him’, or ‘Grandpa’ where appropriate. You may even want to add a specific reference to the person’s name in the title and/or text of the poem.

If you publish these poems (or the entire article) on your website, please be sure to include the byline, copyright notice, and links. If you use one of the poems for a memorial service or funeral, please include my byline.

Eulogy - Funeral Poem Number 1:

Farewell, My Love

Her laugh still echoes in the depths of my brain;
And when I hear it, it causes me pain.
I miss her so much - mere words cannot say,
How this heartache devours me night and day…
But my memories are strong and time heals grief,
So I dream of the future - and quiet relief.
As I browse through my photos with love and pride,
I know that this sorrow will someday subside,
Leaving happy memories in its place -
Memories of her and her smiling face.
A loving farewell, my dear, adieu.
My heart belongs ever and always to you.

By Kathy Steinemann

Eulogy - Funeral Poem Number 2:

Death Will Lose

Her body lies breathless, in quiet sleep.
We remember her life; we cry and weep.
Life doesn′t seem fair, and Death even less,
I don′t understand it, I must confess.
We barely exist, in sorrow and pain;
We mourn our loss, we seethe and complain…
But what would she want, if she were alive?
Would she want us to wallow, to merely survive?
Or would she want more? Perhaps our courage -
To reject our grief with its cruel bondage!
Let’s honor her now and look forward - with hope,
Remembering her life and learning to cope,
With loss as a tool to sculpt our goals -
Not as an anchor that burdens our souls.
Celebrate her life - reminisce with a grin!
Then Death will lose - and she will win!

By Kathy Steinemann

Eulogy - Funeral Poem Number 3:

How Can I Manage, Now That She’s Gone?

Grandma was there when I needed an ally -
If I wanted to talk - or felt like a cry.
When no one else seemed to understand -
She was there - with a helping hand.
How can I manage now that she’s gone?
Without her advice I can’t carry on!
She was wise and witty and one-of-a-kind;
I feel so lost since she left me behind.
I know she told me she wanted to go -
Her body was tired and hurt her so…
Maybe now is the time for me to resume -
Carry on her tradition and break this gloom -
To impart her wisdom to family and friends,
And face life with a smile while my heart slowly mends.
Grandma, I miss you. You′ll always be near -
In my thoughts, in my heart - I have you right here.

Tiger Woods Enters Sadr City Golf Classic

Monday, December 29th, 2008

The Associated Press announced today that Tiger Woods has handed in his entry for the inaugural Sadr City Golf Classic to be held Feb. 8 to Feb. 11 at the newly designed Jack Nicklaus Bushwood County Club on the outskirts of Baghdad, Iraq. The Sadr City Golf Classic is being held the week after the Dubai Desert Classic, a favorite stop on the European Tour. Past champions include a whose who of golfing legends including Seve Ballesteros, Ernie Els, Fred Couples, Marvin Himelfarb, Colin Montgomerie, Jose Maria Olazabal, Thomas Bjorn, two time champion Ernie Els, Mark O’Meara and the defending champion Tiger Woods.

Sadr City is a suburb of Baghdad with 2 million people which was built in response to the intense housing shortage in Baghdad in 1959. It was originally called Revolution City after the Beatles song “Revolution” then the name was changed to Saddam City. After Sunni Saddam’s statue was toppled in 2003 the Shiite neighborhood was renamed Sadr City after the Ayatollah Mohammed Sadeq al-Sadr, the grandfather of its present ruler Muqtada al-Sadr. Tiger’s move has caused quite a stir in golfing circles as it will cause Tiger to forego the 2007 Pebble Beach National Pro Am. At the time of his beheading Daniel Pearl had been investigating a story that Iranian President Ahmidinejad had guaranteed Tiger a $50 million appearance fee to play in the Sadr City which many Shiite Muslim Clerics believe will be a part of Shiite Iran by then. It was also revealed that Michael Richards and Jack Nicklaus were instrumental in arranging for Tiger to play the Muqtada Open.

The event will be governed by the rules of the R&A Golf Association however several local rules will be in effect. In the event of a gasoline powered golf cart exploding a player’s caddie into the next dimension the player will be allowed to change caddies instantly no penalty. Should the Lord Jesus Christ the Jewish born Rabbi and the awaited Messiah of Christianity and Islam suddenly Rapture every born again Christian during a player’s backswing thereby interfering with the player’s swing the player will be allowed a mulligan. This will be the first time in the history of the PGA Tour that mulligans will be allowed. The PGA went along with it in the interest of avoiding another Casey Martin situation heading to the United States Supreme Court. The final nail in the coffin was when the Democrats took over the American Congress and President Bush thereby lost the power to insert another Televangelist as the swing voter on the court.

Asked why he was playing in the event Tiger had this to say: “I am a Buddhist. I try to meditate on the course and stay in the zone. I felt that if I could stay focused while all Hell was breaking loose then I would be able to remain focused under the most intense conditions. I also have the assurances of the Sultan of Dubai, (Butch was instrumental in arranging this), President al-Maliki, President Ahmidinejad, President Assad, and the Saudi Royal family that during the week of the tournament all violence in the Middle East will come to an absolute halt. Elin and my mom have never been to Iraq and I hear that the food there is great. In the old days the USO was able to arrange for Marilyn Monroe, Bob Hope, Bing Crosby, Dean Martin, Joey Heatherton and so many others to fly into war zones to boost the morale of the troops. Imagine the fairways at Bushwood lined with thousands of our brave American men and women soldiers who are giving their lives and limbs every day to protect our way of life being beamed world wide by satellites to the rest of the world. I can’t wait to go. Martyrdom did not seem to harm Jesus’ popularity, especially when it comes out that Elin had a bun in the oven at the time. I will become bigger than John Lennon, who released a new Beatles Album “Love” this week, decades after his assassination. Had he lived to old age, who would have bought it? He probably would have turned out worse than Sir Paul McCartney, accused by Yoko Ono of clubbing her over the head with her prosthetic leg in a public and messy divorce. Who needs the tsouris?”
